Poe stocks more. We stock the ones nobody else will.
Poe is the closest structural competitor OpenRogue has, and it is very good at what it does. One subscription, an enormous catalogue, an ecosystem of user-built bots, and a metered points system that lets an efficient model cost almost nothing while a frontier one costs real money. If your requirement is breadth — the newest release from every major lab, available the week it ships — Poe wins that comparison outright and it is not close.
The gap is specific rather than general. A mainstream aggregator's catalogue is assembled from what the labs and providers publish, and the models that define uncensored chat are not lab releases. Dolphin, Magnum v4, Euryale, UnslopNemo, Rocinante, the Hermes line, the preserved WizardLM-2 weights — these come from independent fine-tuners and the open community, and they are not what a catalogue built around vendor partnerships is organised to stock. OpenRogue is organised around exactly them: a short, deliberately curated uncensored library, no platform filter of its own, and a conversation you can move between models inside rather than a set of separate bots you talk to one at a time.

Choose OpenRogue if the models you actually want are the open uncensored tunes, if you would rather have ten curated options than five hundred you have to research, and if you want to change models halfway through a piece of work without starting the conversation again.
Choose Poe if breadth is the requirement. Every major model in one place, usually within days of release, plus a bot ecosystem where other people have already built the tool you were about to build yourself. For general-purpose work with no content friction, Poe is the more complete product.
Smaller on purpose, and pointed somewhere else. Poe optimises for having everything; OpenRogue optimises for having the uncensored open models plus enough frontier capability to cover the rest. Ten models you can describe from memory is a different product from five hundred you have to research.
Poe's catalogue is assembled from published provider models, and those arrive with their providers' policies attached. The community fine-tunes that define uncensored chat — Dolphin, Magnum, Euryale, UnslopNemo — come from independent tuners rather than labs, and are not the sort of thing a vendor-partnership catalogue is organised to carry.
Both meter, and both meter for the same reason: a frontier model can cost twenty times what an efficient one costs for the same message, so a flat 'unlimited' promise is either a lie or a very low ceiling. OpenRogue uses one shared compute balance across every model and shows it to you before you spend it.
On OpenRogue, yes — the conversation carries over, so you can draft with a fast small model and escalate to a 70B or a 405B when the work gets harder. Poe's unit is the bot, so moving usually means moving to a different bot rather than changing the engine under the one you are in.
OpenRogue, for the specific reason that it stocks models built for it. Magnum v4 72B was tuned toward frontier-grade prose without the refusals, and UnslopNemo 12B was tuned against AI cliché. Both are in the Rogue library. For everything outside creative work, Poe's range is the stronger argument.
Answer honestly about what stops you. If you are regularly blocked by refusals, or the models you want are community fine-tunes rather than lab releases, breadth will not solve it and OpenRogue is the better single subscription. If you are rarely blocked and mostly want the newest frontier model the week it ships, Poe is the one to keep.
